FSSO principal violist Jeanne-Louise Moolman at the Dutch Viola Society is hosting the 45th International Viola Congress

FSSO principal violist Jeanne-Louise Moolman is one of two South Africans participating in the 45th International Viola Congress #IVC2018 in Rotterdam hosted by the Dutch Viola Society from 20th – 24th November 2018. It will be the first time ever that this yearly event of the International Viola Society takes place in The Netherlands.

The congress theme is EXPLORING NEW WAYS TO PERFORM, which aspires to offer a diverse, accessible, innovative and progressive programming, placing the viola at the centre of the musical scene. This year is also the 50th Anniversary of the International Viola Society.
